Glenn Kowalski Glenn Kowalski, President, has a background in technology and music. He is an expert diagnostician who brings a thorough knowledge of print graphics, Macintosh systems management, networking and troubleshooting. Glenn is the author of Text Cleaner--our critically acclaimed software for graphic designers, and administers the listserv discussion list for the Washington DC chapter of the Professional Association for Design (AIGA) . Jared Eisenmann Jared Eisenmann, Systems Consultant, brings 5 years of experience directly from Apple, Inc. Jared was part of the team that opened the first Apple Store in Tyson’s Corner Virginia, then later opened the store in Clarendon. He worked in various roles including the Genius Bar, diagnosing and trouble-shooting computers, iPods, and fielding an onslaught of questions every day. He then went on to work the field with another Mac tech firm prior to joining the MacLab squad. Jared is certified as an Apple Help Desk Specialist as well as being certified in Market Circle's productivity suite, Daylite. Outside of consulting, Jared enjoys Sunday bike-rides with his wife, Soccer (Futbol), and many things far more geeky.

Tyrone GreenTyrone Green, Systems Consultant, brought over nine years of technical service experience specializing in troubleshooting Macintosh hardware, software and network problems when he started with MacLab in 1999. He has acquired certifications from Apple, HP, Radius and Compaq. Tyrone’s technical interest began at Falcon Microsystems/GTSI providing Macintosh depot and field service. He then moved to Clinton Computer as an Apple technician. He further developed his skills at Universal Communication Inc., formerly Advanced Laser Graphics. Outside work, Tyrone enjoys his bowling league and Indycar races.

Shawn PungaShawn Punga, Senior Systems Consultant, has a background in graphic design, pre-press and photography, bringing a unique well-rounded perspective to consulting. Shawn spent 5 years with his alma mater Salisbury University, eventually becoming lead graphic designer in the Publications Office before returning to the metropolitan area to work in pre-press at Wallace Integrated Graphics in Silver Spring. Having been in the "trenches," he understands the pressures and deadlines those in the design and print worlds face on daily basis. Shawn also holds Apple certification. Away from work, he enjoys mountain biking, skateboarding, listening to 311, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, hardcore music from the 80's, along with anything else fast, and checking out local music. Always on the look out for new experiences, Shawn lives by the mantra "Down for Whatever!"
Scott ShieldsScott Shields, Bookkeeper. After earning a degree in PoliSci from UC Irvine, Scott moved East on a White House Internship. Although exciting, he realized that one could not live on politics alone and got a “real” job. After working as the business manager for a design firm for 5+ years, Scott opened a business offering bookkeeping and other administrative services for small businesses in the DC Metro area.
